They use mostly waste iron pieces, manually cut using a chisel and hammer, and heat them using charcoal to form a shape. All the arts are made of a single piece of metal sheet by the manual hammering of a hot metal piece. No Welding machine or a cutting machine is used to make an artifact and that makes these a true handicrafts.
